Full-prefabricated shear wall provided with large-diameter vertical load-bearing steel bars
A window opening is reserved in the middle of the full-prefabricated shear wall, and the full-prefabricated shear wall comprises overlapped edge components located on the two sides of the window opening. The laminated edge member comprises a prefabricated first concrete slab, vertical load-bearing steel bars arranged in a single row along the thickness center line of the first concrete slab, and vertical constructional steel bars located on the two sides of the vertical load-bearing steel bars correspondingly, and the tops of the vertical load-bearing steel bars extend out of the first concrete slab; the under-window filler wall is located below the window opening and fixed between the overlapped edge components on the two sides; and the connecting beam is positioned above the window opening and is fixed between the overlapped edge components on the two sides. The technical problem that in the prior art, steel bars in a shear wall overlapping edge component are too dense is solved. The influence of double rows of vertical stressed steel bars or double rows of vertical additional connecting steel bars on the mounting precision of the prefabricated wall can be avoided, the number of steel bar connecting joints is reduced, the arrangement difficulty of sleeves is lowered, and the field grouting amount is reduced.
本发明涉及一种配置大直径竖向受力钢筋的全预制剪力墙,全预制剪力墙的中部预留有窗洞,包括:位于该窗洞两侧的叠合边缘构件,该叠合边缘构件包括预制的第一混凝土板、沿该第一混凝土板厚度中心线单排布置的竖向受力钢筋、以及分别位于该竖向受力钢筋两侧的竖向构造钢筋,该竖向受力钢筋顶部延伸出该第一混凝土板;位于该窗洞下方且固定于两侧的该叠合边缘构件之间的窗下填充墙;位于该窗洞上方且固定于两侧的该叠合边缘构件之间的连梁。本发明解决了现有技术中剪力墙叠合边缘构件内的钢筋过于密集的技术问题。可避免双排竖向受力钢筋或双排竖向附加连接钢筋对预制墙安装精度的影响,减少钢筋连接接头数量,降低套筒排布难度、减少现场灌浆量。
