The invention discloses a prefabricated hollow pier with unconnected inner side steel bars. The pier comprises a hollow pier body; a cover beam and a bearing platform are respectively arranged at thetop end and the bottom end of the bridge pier body; inner side longitudinal steel bars and outer side longitudinal steel bars are respectively arranged on the inner side and the outer side of the bridge pier body; the outer side longitudinal steel bars are respectively connected with the cover beam and the bearing platform through connecting components; and the inner side longitudinal steel bars do not extend into the cover beam or the bearing platform. Grouting sleeves do not need to be arranged on the inner side longitudinal steel bars or the outer side longitudinal steel bars in the hollowpier body; the concrete pouring quality of the pier bottom connecting part of the pier body is effectively improved, and meanwhile the force transmission performance of the structure is not affected.
