The invention discloses a visual intercom door lock for an intelligent building and a using method thereof. A lock body and a data processor are included, a first camera is fixedly installed at the center of the top of one side face of the lock body, a first displayer is fixedly installed below the first camera, a first microphone is fixedly installed in the center of the lower portion of the first displayer, a first keyboard is fixedly arranged below the first microphone, and a first loudspeaker is arranged below the first keyboard. According to the visual intercom door lock, the cameras andthe displayers are arranged on the two sides of the lock body of the door lock, so that a user in a room can observe the condition of external personnel through a door, and through cooperation of theloudspeaker and the microphone which are arranged on the two sides of the lock body, visual talkback between the user in the room and a visitor outside the door can be achieved; and meanwhile, due tothe fact that a GSM module is installed in the lock body, remote visual intercom with the visitor can be achieved, and the situation that the user misses meeting with the visitor is avoided.
本发明公开了一种用于智能楼宇的可视对讲门锁及其使用方法包括：锁体和数据处理器，所述锁体一侧面顶部中心处固定安装有第一摄像头，所述第一摄像头下方固定安装有第一显示器，所述第一显示器下方中心处固定安装有第一麦克风，所述第一麦克风下方固定设置有第一按键盘，所述第一按键盘下方设置有第一扬声器；本发明通过在门锁的锁体两侧均设置有摄像头和显示器，使得房间内部的用户能够隔着门观察外部人员情况，配合锁体两侧设置的扬声器和麦克风，能够实现房间内的用于与门外的访客进行可视性对讲，同时由于在锁体内部安装有GSM模块，能够实现用于与访客进行远程可视性对讲，避免用户错失与访客的见面。
