The invention relates to the field of intelligent door locks, and discloses a visual intercom intelligent door lock system which comprises an intelligent door lock, an owner mobile phone and a system background. According to the application, a cat eye camera hardware module in a previous visual intercom door lock system can be stripped out, an intercom function is realized by adopting audio and video communication between an owner mobile phone and a visitor mobile phone to confirm the identity of a visitor, and after the identity of the visitor is confirmed, a door opening instruction is sent to the visitor mobile phone by adopting the owner mobile phone in an authorized door opening stage; and the visitor mobile phone is connected with the door lock through Bluetooth to control unlocking. The hardware cost of the intelligent door lock can be reduced, the power consumption of the door lock is reduced, and the door lock is more durable; meanwhile, in the visible talkback authorized unlocking link, a camera, a microphone and a loudspeaker of the mobile phone are adopted for talkback, and the clearness and stability of sound in the visible talkback process are greatly improved.
