When the fabricated retaining wall is manufactured, it is only needed to pour the embedded base, the first soil retaining blocks, the two soil retaining blocks, the third soil retaining blocksand fourth soil retaining blocks correspondingly; when the device needs to be assembled at the position needing soil retaining, an impounding reservoir is firstly fixed to be underground, then the embedded base is fixed to above the impounding reservoir and fixed with concrete, then the first soil retaining blocks, the second soil retaining blocks, the third soil retaining blocks and the fourth soil retaining blocks are placed upwards in sequence, and then a complete soil retaining wall can be formed; and due to the fact that the device is of an assembled structure, the manufacturing and the hoisting difficulty is greatly reduced.
