Combined half-grouting sleeve and installing method thereof
The invention discloses a combined half-grouting sleeve and an installing method thereof, aims at providing the combined half-grouting sleeve with the high applicability and the installing method thereof. The combined half-grouting sleeve is used for connecting a steel bar non-grouting connecting section and a steel bar grouting connecting section and comprises a sleeve body, a mechanical connector and a plug; the upper portion of the side wall of the sleeve body is provided with a grout overflow hole communicating with an inner cavity of the sleeve body, and the lower portion of the side wallof the sleeve body is provided with a grouting hole communicating with the inner cavity of the sleeve body; the upper end of the sleeve body is provided with a top threaded hole used for allowing themechanical connector to achieve connection, the outer wall of the mechanical connector is provided with an outer threaded section cooperating with the top threaded hole, and the mechanical connectoris connected to the upper end of the sleeve body through a threaded structure; the plug is installed at the lower end of the sleeve body; and the mechanical connector is provided with a cut-through inner threaded hole used for being connected with the steel bar non-grouting connecting section. The combined half-grouting sleeve can be used in complex joints of which the partial assembling spaces are limited or the assembling modes are limited, and then the construction convenience and efficiency are effectively improved.
本发明公开了一种组合式半灌浆套筒及其安装方法,旨在提供一种适用性强的组合式半灌浆套筒及其安装方法。组合式半灌浆套筒用于钢筋非灌浆连接段及钢筋灌浆连接段的连接,包括套筒体、机械接头及堵头;所述套筒体的侧壁上部设置与其内腔连通的溢浆孔,所述套筒体的侧壁下部设置与其内腔连通的灌浆孔;所述套筒体上端设置供机械接头连接的顶部螺孔,所述机械接头外壁上设置与顶部螺孔配合的外螺纹段,所述机械接头通过螺纹结构连接于套筒体上端处;所述堵头安装于套筒体下端处;所述机械接头上设置贯通的、用于连接钢筋非灌浆连接段的内螺纹孔。本发明可在部分装配空间受限或装配方式受限的复杂节点中使用,继而有效提高施工的便捷性和效率。
