Machining method of 4D stereoscopic baked porcelain aluminum plate
The invention provides a machining method of a 4D stereoscopic baked porcelain aluminum plate. The aluminum plate is machined and formed through a metal plate; the surface of the aluminum plate is subjected to pit or protrusion treatment; by weight, 0.5 to 1 part of silicon dioxide and 0.5 to 1 part of electrified metal particles are added to 10 to 15 parts of half-molten resin, all the materialsare added to a blender together, the voltage in a cavity of the blender is boosted, a magnetic field is formed in the cavity, the materials are stirred evenly in the magnetic field and cooled, and coagulation is obtained; the coagulation is smashed and ground and then filtered through a molecular sieve, so that powder is obtained; and by weight, 2.5 to 5 parts of the powder and 10 to 15 parts of baked porcelain paint are blended, so that a spraying material is obtained, and the spraying material is sprayed to the aluminum plate. Through additional arrangement of the magnetic field, particles with positive and negative charges are rearranged, coagulated and smashed and then added to the baked porcelain paint, due to the fact that different metallic elements are contained, when the sprayingmaterial is sprayed to the aluminum plate, the colors of light rays reflected at different angles are different too, and the decorating effect is improved.
一种4D立体烤瓷铝板的加工方法,铝板采用钣金加工成型;在所述铝板表面做凹坑或凸起处理;在10~15重量份半融化的树脂中加入0.5~1重量份的二氧化硅和0.5~1重量份的带电金属颗粒,一并加入到搅拌机中,对搅拌机的腔内增加电压,在腔内形成磁场,在磁场中搅拌均匀并冷却,得到凝合物;将所述凝合物粉碎、研磨后经过分子筛过滤的得到粉末;将2.5~5重量份的所述粉末与10~15重量份的烤瓷涂料混合得到喷涂物,将喷涂物喷涂到所述铝板上。通过增设磁场,将带正、负电荷的微粒重新排列,再凝合、粉碎之后添加到烤瓷涂料中,由于含有不同金属元素,喷涂到铝板上时,从不同角度反射出来的光线颜色也不同,提高了装饰效果。
