Novel connecting construction method for steel bars with straight threads through pre-located sleeves
The invention discloses a novel connecting construction method for steel bars with straight threads through pre-located sleeves. The novel connecting construction method includes the following steps that (1) lofting is carried out on steel columns and the steel bars through building information modeling (BIM) software; (2) the classification and welding positions of the sleeves are determined according to construction drawings derived from the BIM software; (3) the large chamfer ends of the sleeves face the steel columns and are symmetric to two spot welding points, the gap of 1.8-2.2mm between the sleeves and the steel columns is ensured by a tool method during spot welding, and then welding is conducted along chamfers of the sleeves for one week until specified welding bead requirementsare met; (4) the steel columns prewelded with the sleeves are transported to a site, then hoisting operation is conducted, and the bottoms of the steel columns are fixedly connected with foundation bolts pre-embedded on the site; (5) the steel bars are connected with the steel columns; and (6) after inspection and cleaning, concrete is poured. The method avoids on-site welding work, the construction speed is high and the operating time of on-site procedures is reduced.
