Process for accelerating firing of ultra-thick bricks through roller kiln
The invention discloses a process for accelerating firing of ultra-thick bricks through a roller kiln. The process comprises the following steps of 1, green brick drying; 2, green brick glazing; 3, green brick printing; 4, intensified drying; 5, green brick firing; 6, green brick quenching; 7, green brick slow cooling; and 8, green brick tail cooling. In the step 1, the green bricks with the watercontent of 5-6% pass through a three-layer roller way dryer and then become dried green bricks with the water content of 0.8% or below, wherein the drying temperature of the first-layer roller way dryer is 80-100 DEG C, the drying temperature of the second-layer roller way dryer is 90-200 DEG C, and the drying temperature of the third-layer roller way dryer is 190-300 DEG C. According to the method, the green bricks are dried for multiple times, so that moisture in the ultra-thick bricks is favorably evaporated, and therefore, the glazing treatment on the super-thick bricks is convenient; andin the high-temperature firing process of the green bricks, the glazed green bricks are intensively dried for preheating, so that the oxidative decomposition reaction is favorably accelerated, and therefore, the firing time of the ultra-thick bricks is shortened.
本发明公开了一种加快超厚砖辊道窑烧成工艺,包括以下步骤,步骤一,砖坯干燥;步骤二,砖坯施釉;步骤三,砖坯印花;步骤四,强化干燥;步骤五,砖坯烧成;步骤六,砖坯急冷;步骤七,砖坯缓冷;步骤七,砖坯尾冷;将含水率在5‑6%的砖坯通过三层辊道干燥器后变成含水率在0.8%以下的干燥坯,且第一层辊道干燥器干燥温度为80‑100℃,第二层辊道干燥器干燥温度为90‑200℃,第三层辊道干燥器干燥温度为190‑300℃;该发明,通过对砖坯的多次干燥处理,有利于对超厚砖内部的水分进行蒸发,从而便于对超厚砖进行施釉处理,且当对砖坯进行高温烧制的过程中,利用对施釉后的砖坯进行强化干燥进行预加热,有利于加快氧化分解反应,从而缩短了对超厚砖的烧制时间。
