According to the modular steel rail grinding wagon provided by the invention, a grinding unit module and a driving module can be freely assembled to finish multi-head grinding of the train, the grinding efficiency is improved, the cost of the grinding wagon is reduced, and meanwhile, flexible response means are adopted for different working conditions. The grinding unit module adopts an abrasive belt as a grinding tool; a motor is used as a power source, a rechargeable lithium battery is used for supplying power to the motor, the motor drives an abrasive belt wheel train to conduct grinding when the grinding machine works, the abrasive belt wheel train is controlled by a stepping motor to conduct longitudinal feeding, and the transverse position and the grinding angle of the abrasive beltwheel train are adjusted through a transverse moving hand wheel and a swing hand wheel. During grinding operation, the abrasive belt makes flexible contact with the steel rail due to the characteristics of the contact wheel rubber layer and the abrasive belt, the influence of vibration of the grinding machine on the surface layer of the steel rail is reduced, and grinding quality is improved. Thedriving module pushes the steel rail modular abrasive belt grinding wagon to move along the steel rail, automatic control can be achieved, labor consumption is reduced, and grinding quality consistency is enhanced.
本发明提供的一种模块化的钢轨打磨车,可以实现打磨单元模块与驱动模块的自由组装完成多头打磨列车,提高打磨效率,降低打磨车成本,同时对不同工况条件采取灵活应对手段。其中打磨单元模块采用砂带作为打磨工具,以电动机作为动力源,采用可充电锂电池给电动机供电,打磨机作业时电动机驱动砂带轮系进行打磨,通过步进电机控制砂带轮系进行纵向进给,通过横移手轮和摆动手轮调整砂带轮系的横向位置和打磨角度。在打磨作业时,接触轮橡胶层和砂带自身特性使得砂带和钢轨为柔性接触,降低打磨机振动对钢轨表层的影响,提高打磨质量。以驱动模块推动钢轨模块化砂带打磨车沿铁轨进行运动,可以实现自动控制,减少人力消耗,加强打磨质量一致性。
