Pier anti-collision energy absorption device based on paper folding structure
The pier anti-collision energy absorption device based on the paper folding structure comprises an outer-layer high-strength and high-durability composite material plate, an inner-layer steel plate and an energy absorption damping device which are sequentially arranged on the outer side of a pier in a wrapping mode, wherein the energy absorption damping device is of a paper folding type structureand is composed of a plurality of paper folding type structure units comprising gap structures. Viscous fluid energy absorption materials are filled between the inner-layer steel plate and the energyabsorption damping device, between the outer-layer high-strength and high-durability composite material plate and the energy absorption damping device and between composite materials of the energy absorption damping device to serve as fillers. Compared with a traditional pier anti-collision device, the pier anti-collision device has the advantages that the damage degree of a pier and an impactor can be reduced through the energy absorption damping device of a paper folding structure, and the safety of the pier and the impactor is guaranteed. The problem that a traditional pier anti-collision device has large damage to a pier and an impactor is solved.
本发明涉及一种基于折纸结构的桥墩防撞吸能装置,包括依次包覆设在桥墩外侧的外层高强高耐久性复合材料板、内层钢板和吸能阻尼装置,吸能阻尼装置为折纸型结构,由包括间隙结构的多个折纸型结构单元组成。在内层钢板与吸能阻尼装置之间、外层高强高耐久性复合材料板与吸能阻尼装置之间以及吸能阻尼装置的复合材料之间均填充有粘滞流体吸能材料作为填充物。与传统桥墩防撞装置相比,本装置能够利用折纸型结构的吸能阻尼装置减轻桥墩和撞击物的损伤程度,保证桥墩和撞击物安全。解决了传统桥墩防撞装置对桥墩和撞击物损伤大的问题。
