The invention relates to a method for reinforcing a tunnel lining. The method for reinforcing the tunnel lining comprises the following steps that first, steel wire fibers are added into concrete; second, a damaged lining base surface is repaired; third, concrete is poured on the repaired lining base surface; fourth, a contact surface between the poured concrete and the lining base surface is coated with a polyurethane coating; and fifth, anchor bars are arranged on the damaged lining base surface poured with the concrete. According to the method for reinforcing the tunnel lining, the strengthand integrity of the lining structure are improved, the repair measure is simple and effective, and the method has certain economical efficiency.
