The invention provides an arched tunnel lining reinforcing steel bar component forming method which comprises the steps that reinforcing steel bar component splitting is conducted, specifically, a lining reinforcing steel bar component is split into an outer-layer arc reinforcing steel bar mesh, an inner-layer arc reinforcing steel bar mesh, a left-side-face L-shaped reinforcing steel bar mesh, a right-side-face L-shaped reinforcing steel bar mesh and drag hook ribs; manufacturing a plane reinforcing mesh, namely manufacturing a plurality of transverse reinforcing steel bars and longitudinal reinforcing steel bars which are perpendicular to one another into the plane reinforcing mesh; bending the plane reinforcing mesh into an L shape; the method comprises the following steps: pre-producing components of a special jig frame in a factory, assembling the special jig frame nearby a site, assembling reinforcing meshes by using the special jig frame, and arranging operating platforms on two sides of the special jig frame; the problem that in traditional tunnel lining construction, the steel bar construction period is long is solved.
