The invention provides a vertical shaft inclined frame rapid construction method. The vertical shaft inclined frame rapid construction method comprises the following steps that an inclined frame cushion layer is built at a first preset position of a vertical shaft opening, and an inclined frame foundation is built on the inclined frame cushion layer; a foundation reinforcing bar is built on the inclined frame foundation, and a bolt connecting frame with a pre-embedded bolt which is preset is pre-fixed at a second preset position of the top end of the foundation reinforcing bar; after adjustingthe position of the bolt connecting frame is carried out, the bolt connecting frame and the foundation reinforcing bar are secondarily fixed; a foundation platform is built on the inclined frame foundation according to the foundation reinforcing bar; wherein one end part, close to the foundation reinforcing bar, of the embedded bolt is embedded in the inner part of the foundation platform, a body, away from the foundation reinforcing bar, of the embedded bolt is exposed out of a platform slope at the top of the foundation platform; and the vertical shaft inclined frame to be erected is fixedon the inclined surface of the bearing platform through the embedded bolt. The problems that in the prior art, the operation error is large, rechecking lofting, manual correction and other work need to be repeatedly carried out, the construction efficiency is low, and the process is tedious are solved by utilizing the vertical shaft inclined frame rapid construction method.
本发明提供一种竖井斜架快速施工方法,包括如下步骤:在竖井井口的第一预设位置筑建斜架垫层,并在斜架垫层上筑建斜架基础;在斜架基础上搭建基础配筋,并将预设有预埋螺栓的螺栓连接框预固定在基础配筋的顶端的第二预设位置;对螺栓连接框进行位置调整后,将螺栓连接框与基础配筋二次固定;根据基础配筋在斜架基础上筑建基础承台;其中,预埋螺栓靠近基础配筋的端部埋设在基础承台内部,预埋螺栓远离基础配筋的本体裸露在基础承台顶部的承台斜面外;通过预埋螺栓将待架设的竖井斜架固定在承台斜面上。利用上述发明以解决现有技术中操作误差大,需要反复进行复核放样、人工矫正等工作,施工效率低下且过程繁琐的问题。
