Method for constructing abrupt slope high embankment structure
The invention discloses a method for constructing an abrupt slope high embankment structure. The method comprises the following steps of: A, cutting a slope in a line direction on an abrupt slope foundation to form a foundation platform, and excavating pile pits on the foundation platform at intervals; B, burying the pile foundation in the pile pits, and then installing longitudinal beams on the foundation platform in the line direction; C, placing T-shaped components on the longitudinal beams at intervals in the line direction, wherein each T-shaped component comprises a stand column and a triangular rib plate; and D, enabling the inner sides of the adjacent stand columns to be in lap joint with breast boards on the longitudinal beams in the line direction, and then filling the two sidesof the triangular rib plates and the inner sides of the breast boards with compacted embankment filling soil till the embankment face is reached. The embankment retaining structure is arranged on thebasis of being composed of the pile foundations and the longitudinal beams, soil pressure acting on the soil retaining plates is balanced through friction force between the triangular rib plates on the T-shaped components and embankment filling soil, and therefore the stability of the formed steep slope embankment is guaranteed. Disturbance to steep slope foundation soil is small, the constructionsafety is high, the masonry amount is small, and operation is convenient.
本发明公开了一种陡坡高路堤结构的构筑方法,包括步骤:A、在陡坡地基上,沿线路方向切坡形成基础平台,在基础平台上按间距开挖桩坑;B、将桩基埋置到桩坑内,然后在基础平台上沿线路方向安装纵梁;C、在纵梁上沿线路方向按间距放置T形构件,T形构件包括立柱和三角形肋板;D、在纵梁上沿线路方向在相邻的立柱的内侧搭接挡土板,然后在三角形肋板的两侧与挡土板内侧填筑压实路堤填土,直至路堤面。本发明在由桩基与纵梁组成的基础上设置路堤支挡结构,通过T型构件上三角形肋板与路堤填土间的摩擦力平衡作用于挡土板上的土压力,以此保证所形成的陡坡路堤稳定性。对陡坡地基土体扰动小、施工安全性高、圬工量少、操作方便。
