The invention discloses a highway bridge expansion joint cleaning device. The device comprises a device body, a first cleaning mechanism, a front righting mechanism, a second cleaning mechanism and arear righting mechanism are sequentially arranged on the device body from front to back. Two push rods are arranged at the rear end of the vehicle body; the first cleaning mechanism comprises a cleaning wheel, a cutting disc, a rotating frame, a fixed cylinder, a first driving motor and a rotating motor; the lower side of the rear end of the fixed cylinder is hinged to the vehicle body, an arch frame is fixed to the front end of the vehicle body, the upper side of the bottom end of the fixed cylinder is movably connected with the arch frame through a swing air cylinder, and the top end of therotating frame is cylindrical and is arranged in the fixed cylinder in a rotatable mode. Two connectors are arranged at the bottom end of the rotating frame, and the cleaning wheel and the cutting disc are rotationally arranged on one connector. The cleaning device has the characteristics that the cleaning mode can be freely switched, righting is conducted at any time, and cleaning is thorough.
