Slot type soft steel damper
The invention discloses a slot type soft steel damper. The damper comprises an upper connecting plate, a lower connecting plate, a soft steel damping piece, a connecting screw rod and slot limiting blocks, wherein the soft steel damping piece is arranged between the upper connecting plate and the lower connecting plate; the slot limiting blocks are fixed on the opposite surfaces of the upper connecting plate and the lower connecting plate; a slot is formed between the adjacent slot limiting block and is used for inserting the soft steel damping piece; and the soft steel damping piece is fixedto the slot limiting blocks through the connecting screw rod and fixing nuts. The soft steel damping piece is installed in an assembly mode and is fixed to the slot formed by the slot limiting blocks/slot separation blocks through the connecting screw rod, and the assembly type installation mode facilitates installation and defilement. Besides, the soft steel damping piece is fixed to the slot formed by the slot limiting blocks/the slot separation blocks through the connecting screw rod, so that the problems of residual stress, welding defects, thermal deformation and the like generated in thewelding process of the soft steel damping piece can be avoided, and the fatigue life of the soft steel damper is prolonged.
