The invention discloses a precast shear wall mounting structure applied to construction of a superhigh-rise building. The precast shear wall mounting structure comprises a left shear wall body and a damping rotating shaft; the right side of the left shear wall body is provided with a right shear wall body; the damping rotating shaft is installed at the rear side of the left shear wall body and theright shear wall body; the outer side of the damping rotating shaft is connected with a connecting plate; a bolt penetrates into the connecting plate; the rear part of the left shear wall body is connected with a locking plate; the left and right sides of the locking plate are each provided with a toothed block; the outer side of the locking plate is provided with a locking groove; the locking groove is formed in the left end of the left shear wall body; and the left and right sides of the locking groove are each provided with a cam. The precast shear wall mounting structure applied to the construction of the superhigh-rise building is provided with the connecting plate which can rotate by virtue of the damping rotating shaft; the connecting plate rotates to cling to the locking plate; the connecting plate and the locking plate are installed by using bolts; and thus the connection stability between the shear walls is improved.
