The invention aims to disclose an assembly type building sleeve grouting quality detection device and a construction method thereof. The assembly type building sleeve grouting quality detection devicecomprises at least one steel bar grouting sleeve, a grouting opening is formed in the lower portion of each steel bar grouting sleeve, and a grout outlet is formed in the upper portion of each steelbar grouting sleeve; a horizontally-arranged extending section is arranged on the grout outlet, a grout overflowing hole is formed in the upper portion of the extending section, and a tensile test steel bar is connected into the extending section. Compared with the prior art, the horizontally-arranged extending section is located at the topmost portion of the steel bar grouting sleeve, whether grouting is dense or not is judged according to whether enough grout flows out of the grout overflowing holes in the upper portion of the extending section or not after grouting is completed, and after grouting is completed and the strength is achieved, a tensile strength test of steel bars in the outwards-extending section is relied on; on the basis of the approximately same stress condition, the strength of the grouting entity is judged, and the purpose of the invention is achieved.
本发明的目的在于公开一种装配式建筑套筒灌浆质量检测装置及其施工方法,它包括至少1个钢筋灌浆套筒,在所述钢筋灌浆套筒的下部设置有注浆口,在所述钢筋灌浆套筒的上部设置有出浆口,在所述出浆口上设置有一水平设置的外伸段,所述外伸段的上部设置有溢浆孔,所述外伸段中接入有抗拉拔试验钢筋;与现有技术相比,水平设置的外伸段位于钢筋灌浆套筒的最顶部,灌浆完成后依靠外伸段上部的溢浆孔是否有足够的浆液流出判断其是否灌浆密实,在灌浆完成达到强度后依靠外伸段内钢筋抗拉拔强度试验,在近似同条件受力状况的基础上,判断灌浆实体强度,实现本发明的目的。
