The invention relates to the technical field of prestressed tensioning, and discloses a manual reset type prestressed tendon low-retraction tensioning anchoring device and a construction method. The device comprises a working anchor, a sleeve, a jack and a tool anchor which sequentially sleeve a prestressed tendon, wherein one end of the sleeve is attached to and makes contact with the outer surface of the working anchor, a limiting block is hinged to the outer side wall, and a clamping hole allowing a limiting arm to be inserted therein is formed in the sleeve wall corresponding to the limiting block; operating slideways are symmetrically arranged on the wall of the sleeve and are positioned at one end, connected with the working anchor, of the sleeve; and an annular pressing block is arranged in the sleeve in a sliding mode and perpendicularly penetrates through the prestressed tendon, wherein locking sliding pieces are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the annular pressingblock, one end of each locking sliding piece is fixed to the center of the circumferential face of the annular pressing block, and the other end of each locking sliding piece horizontally extends outwards in the radius direction of the annular pressing block and penetrates through the operation slideways to extend to the outer side of the sleeve. The manual reset type prestressed tendon low-retraction tensioning anchoring device has the advantages of being simple in structure, convenient to operate and capable of preventing a clamping piece from retracting as well as effectively controlling sliding of the prestressed tendon.
本发明涉及预应力张拉技术领域,公开了一种手动复位式预应力束低回缩张拉锚固装置及施工方法。本发明包括依次套设在预应力束上的工作锚、套筒、千斤顶和工具锚;套筒一端与工作锚外表面贴合接触设置,外侧壁上铰接连接有限位块,限位块对应的套筒壁上开设有供限位臂插入的卡固孔;套筒的筒壁上对称设置有操作滑道,操作滑道位于与工作锚连接的套筒一端;套筒内滑动设置有环形压块,垂直穿设在预应力束上,环形压块两侧对称设置有锁紧滑片,锁紧滑片一端与环形压块圆周面的中心位置固定,另一端沿环形压块半径方向水平向外延伸,并穿过操作滑道伸至套筒外侧。本发明结构简单,操作便捷,可防止夹片回缩,有效控制预应力束滑移。
