Machine-made sand self-compacting concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses machine-made sand self-compacting concrete and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of concrete. The concrete is obtained by mixing the following rawmaterials: 300-350 parts of cement, 60-90 parts of fly ash, 100-130 parts of mineral powder, 870-920 parts of machine-made sand with a fineness of 3.1-3.5, 250-350 parts of continuously-graded naturalgravel with a size in a range of 5-16 mm, 650-750 parts of continuously-graded natural gravel with a size in a range of 5-20 mm, 190-220 parts of water and 11.0-12.5 parts of a polycarboxylate superplasticizer. The machine-made sand is subjected to the following modification treatment before use: adding a filler composition containing diatomite and talcum powder in a weight ratio of 1: (0.12-0.2)into an aqueous polyvinyl alcohol solution to make the concentration of the filler composition to be 100-150 g/L, thereby obtaining a modified solution A; adding a fiber composition containing basaltfibers and brucite fibers in a weight ratio of 1: (0.15-0.22) into another aqueous polyvinyl alcohol solution to make the concentration of the filler composition to be 50-100g/L, thereby obtaining amodified solution B; and soaking and stirring machine-made sand raw materials in the modification liquid A for 1-2 hours, soaking and stirring the machine-made sand raw materials in the modification liquid B for 1-2 hours, and carrying out drying to obtain the machine-made sand. The concrete still has better fluidity and strength on the premise of completely adopting machine-made sand as sand.
