The machine-made sand modified self-compacting concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 200 to 300 parts of coarse aggregate, 500 to 700 parts of machine-made sand, 250 to 320 parts of cement, 200 to 300 parts of water, 30 to 50 parts of fly ash, 35 to 55 parts of mineral powder, 10 to 20 parts of water reducing agent and 12 to 18 parts of compacting enhancer. According to the invention, the machine-made sand is adopted as a concrete raw material, and the machine-made sand is modified by considering that the machine-made sand is higher in roughness and irregular in shape compared with river sand, and the compact reinforcing agent is matched and matched with the preparation method, so that the concrete adopting the machine-made sand raw material also has excellent performance.
