The preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing raw materials; preparing pig plasma with the water content of lower than 50%; mixing quick lime and water to obtain quicklime water; mixing and stirring the quick lime water and the pig plasma for 30-40 minutes, and standing to obtain a blood material; grinding to obtain graphene micro powder; and uniformly mixing the graphene micro-powder, the blood material and tung oil to obtain the anti-seepage material. The anti-seepage material of the invention solves the problem that the existing stele crack repairing position is poor in waterproofness is solved.
