Preparation method of thermal insulation board
The invention discloses a preparation method of a thermal insulation board. The preparation method comprises the following steps: pulverizing wood fibers, and carrying out drying to obtain powder witha particle size of 20-60 meshes and a water content of less than 5%; stirring the prepared powder, sodium silicate with a solid content of 30-50%, argil, coal ash and gypsum powder according to a ratio of 9: 6: 3: 1: 1 for 3-5 minutes at normal temperature and conducting kneading for 20 minutes; and pressing and forming, and finally carrying out drying for 15-20 hours to prepare the thermal insulation board. The wood fibers are selected from various plant straws, wood leftover materials, waste wood furniture, waste construction wood templates at construction sites, leaves and waste fiber plates, so the board is environment-friendly, vegetation and household garbage can be recycled, and the purposes of energy conservation, environmental protection, naturalness and no pollution are achieved; and the thermal insulation board prepared by the invention can effectively insulate heat, is convenient to install, resistant to weather (long in service life) and not easy to deform and has hydrophobicity.
本发明公开一种隔热保温板的制备方法,包括:将木质纤维粉碎、烘干,制成粒径为20‑60目,含水量小于5%的粉末;将上述制成的粉末与固体含量为30%‑50%的硅酸钠、陶土、粉煤灰及石膏粉按9:6:3:1:1的比例先在常温下搅拌3‑5分钟,再捏合20分钟,然后压制成型,最后烘干15‑20小时,即可制成隔热保温板。本发明的木质纤维选自各种植物秸秆、木材边角料、废旧木质家具、废旧工地建筑木质模板、树叶或废纤维板,不仅材料环保,而且可以将植被及生活垃圾再循环利用,实现节能、环保且天然无公害的目的;本发明制备的隔热保温板可以有效隔热,安装便捷,耐候(使用寿命长),不易变形,憎水。
