The average particle size of the aggregate is 9-16 mm; and the water content in the cement is greater than 30%. Through double modification of mechanical force superfinegrinding and exciting of the modifier in the early-stage crushing process, the early activity and the later activity of the limestone debris, the slag micro-powder and the lithium slag are easily improved, a micro-expansion function is provided, the crack resistance of the concrete is enhanced, the overall fluidity of the concrete is significantly improved, and the concrete is easy to transport,not easy to cake, strong in workability, and not easy to separate and bleed.
