Comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1100-1200 parts of coarse aggregate, 550-650 parts of fine aggregate, 160-210 parts of cement, 4-7 parts of a water reducing agent, 100-140 parts of water, 140-160 parts of an admixture and 60-120 parts of a stabilizer, the admixture comprises ultrafine limestone powder, fly ash and mineral powder, the weight ratio of the ultrafine limestone powder to the fly ash to the mineral powder is 5: 3: 2, and the stabilizer comprises a loading agent, a binding agent and a reinforcing agent. The weight ratio of the loading agent to the binding agent to the reinforcing agent is 3: 1: 2. The cement concrete provided by the invention has the advantage that the adverse effect of the addition of the superfine limestone powder on the chloride ion diffusion resistance of the concrete is reduced.
