Method for preparing porous silicon nitride ceramic by using ultralow-content sintering aid
The invention relates to a method for preparing porous silicon nitride ceramic by using an ultralow-content sintering aid, which comprises the following steps of: (1) mixing silicon powder, silicon nitride powder and a sintering aid to obtain mixed powder, (2) carrying out compression molding on the obtained mixed powder to obtain a green body, and (3) embedding the obtained green body by adoptingembedded powder consisting of silicon powder and silicon nitride powder, and then igniting in a nitrogen atmosphere to initiate self-propagating synthesis to obtain the porous silicon nitride ceramic. The sintering aid is selected from at least one of Y2O3, CeO2, MgO and Al2O3; and the addition amount of the sintering aid in the mixed powder is 0.2-0.9 wt% of the total mass of the silicon powderand the silicon nitride powder.
