The invention discloses a road and bridge steel form demoulding device. The device comprises a machine body placed on a bridge body; two hydraulic cylinders are symmetrically and fixedly installed onthe two sides of the machine body; a right-angle rod is inserted into each hydraulic cylinder in a sealed mode; a demoulding unit is installed at the lower end of each right-angle rod; and a hydrauliccontrol system is installed on the machine body. According to the demoulding device of the invention, a plurality of demolding piston rods are inserted into a plurality of dismounting holes, so thatdemolding can be carried out through a hydraulic control system; excessive manpower is not needed; workload and danger are reduced; the strength of the right-angle rods is improved through protectionrods, so that the safety of the device is improved; independent control over the movement of the right-angle rods and the stretching and retracting of the demolding piston rods is achieved through electromagnetic reversing valves, and the demoulding convenience of the device is improved.
