The invention discloses an electrode bar synchronous lifting device for slip form concrete electric demoulding, which comprises an annular connecting seat fixedly connected to the bottom of a slip form lifting frame, a connecting sleeve with the top end inserted in the annular connecting seat, an insulating sleeve embedded in the connecting sleeve, a limiting ring connected to the upper part of the connecting sleeve, and a locking sleeve, wherein the upper part of the locking sleeve is connected with the annular connecting seat, and the lower part of the locking sleeve is clamped with the limiting ring; and the electrode bar is inserted into the insulating sleeve. The arranged annular connecting seat is conveniently matched with a limiting ring and a locking sleeve to fix the connecting sleeve and the slip form lifting frame together, so that the depth of the electrode bar in the concrete is convenient to adjust; the strength between the annular connecting base and the sliding film lifting frame can be improved through the arranged locking sleeve, and the risk that the annular connecting base is broken after the electrode bar is subjected to radial force is reduced; and the arranged insulating sleeve is convenient for protecting the part, which is not inserted into the concrete, of the electrode bar, so that electric leakage danger is avoided.
