The invention discloses a fabricated composite thermal insulating wall structure and an assembling method and relates to the technical field of building materials. According to devices and a matched process method provided by the invention, through an arranged mounting frame plate, a mounting fixing block, connecting blocks and mounting clamping grooves, the fabricated composite thermal insulatingwall structure is in mutual clamping connection with a building structure, then through concrete pouring, the mounting frame plate and the interior thereof are replenished, and accordingly, firm connection in connecting assembling positions can be achieved; the thermal insulating property of a whole wall is improved through a middle thermal insulating layer and thermal insulating mortar layers onthe two sides, so that the thermal insulating property of the fabricated wall structure reaches the standard requirement for cast-in-situ operation buildings; and the building strength of the whole fabricated structure is improved through a transverse steel tie bar and diagonal steel tie bars, the transverse steel tie bar and the diagonal steel tie bars penetrate through the whole structure and enable two end face structures to be connected, the integrality of the whole structure is improved, and the compressive strength and tensile strength of the structure are also improved.
