A construction method for a house having a water pipe and a low-voltage wire separate from a main structure comprises: fabricating a wall (1), a floor (2) and a suspended ceiling (13a, 13b); disposingthe suspended ceiling (13a, 13b) at the top of a room of a house, disposing a skirting board (6) at the bottom of the wall (1), disposing a door casing (7) at the periphery of an entrance (3) of theroom, and forming a vertical recess (11) on the wall (1) of the room; and fitting a water pipe fixing member (10) and/or a low-voltage wire routing member (8) into the suspended ceiling (13a, 13b) andthe wall (1), thereby enabling a water pipe (4) to be arranged within the suspended ceiling (13a, 13b) and to extend downward through the vertical recess (11) on the wall (1), and enabling the low-voltage wire (5) to be arranged within a wire channel (611, 711) of the skirting board (6) and the door casing (7) and to extend within the vertical recess (11) of the wall (1). The construction methodfor a house realizes separation of a pipe and wire from a main structure, thus reducing damage to the main structure and facilitating maintenance.
