A construction method for a house having a water pipe separate from a main structure comprises: fabricating a wall (1), and forming a vertical recess (11) on a lateral side of the wall (1) in the process of forming; fabricating a floor (2); fabricating or purchasing a water pipe (4); fabricating a suspended ceiling and a water pipe fixing member (5); on a construction site, disposing the floor (2)on the walls (1) to build at least one room having an entrance (3); disposing a suspended ceiling at the top of part or all of the rooms, fitting the water pipe fixing member (5) into the suspended ceiling and fitting the water pipe (4) into the water pipe fixing member (5); fitting the water pipe fixing member (5) into the vertical recess (11) of the wall, and fitting the water pipe (4) into thewater pipe fixing member (5); making part or all of the water pipes (4) in the suspended ceiling extend downward and fixing the same into the water pipe fixing member (5) in the vertical recess (11).The construction method separates a water pipe from a main structure, facilitating maintenance and refitting.
