HOUSE HAVING WATER PIPE AND LOW-VOLTAGE WIRE SEPARATE FROM MAIN STRUCTURE
The present invention is applicable to the technical field of building construction. Provided is a house having a water pipe and a low-voltage wire separate from a main structure. The house comprisesa main structure, a water pipe and a low-voltage wire. The main structure comprises a wall and a floor. The house of the present invention comprises a suspended ceiling at the top of a room thereof, askirting board at the bottom of the room, a door casing disposed at the periphery of an entrance of the room, and a vertical recess disposed on the wall of the room, thereby enabling a water pipe tobe arranged within the suspended ceiling and to extend downward to the position of a faucet through the vertical recess on the wall, and enabling a low-voltage wire to be arranged within the skirtingboard and the door casing. By separating a low-voltage wire and a water pipe from a main structure of a room, the present invention realizes separation of a water pipe and a low-voltage wire from a main structure, facilitates maintenance and refitting when the pipe and wire are damaged, overcomes the drawback of having to create an opening in a floor or wall when repairing a conventional embeddedpipe and wire, thereby reducing damage to the main structure, and enhancing building safety, reliability and durability.
