The invention discloses a high-strength concrete viscosity-reducing anti-mud agent and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing ethylene glycol acrylate from acrylic acid and ethylene glycol, and carrying out free radical copolymerization reaction on the ethylene glycol acrylate, acrylamide, itaconic acid, methyl acrylate and sodium allylsulfonate to prepare the viscosity-reducing anti-mud agent. The high-strength concrete viscosity-reducing anti-mud agent prepared by the invention can be used for reducing viscosity, increasing flow and resisting mud of concrete of C50 or above; the problems of mud resistance of high-strength concrete and high viscosity and poor fluidity in pumping construction are solved; meanwhile, the concrete additive has a mud-resistant function, is suitable for preparation of high-performance concrete, can significantly improve the mud resistance, fluidity and pumpability of fresh concrete and the strength anddurability of hardened concrete, and is relatively low in price, simple in preparation process, less in pollution, high in cost performance and high in practicability.
