The preparation method comprises the following steps: putting a reaction monomer A, a chain transfer agent and deionized water into a reaction kettle, and heating and uniformly stirring; dissolving a reaction monomer B into deionized water to obtain a drop-by-drop adding liquid X; dissolving a reaction monomer C into deionized water to obtain a drop-by-drop adding liquid Y; raising the temperature of the reaction kettle to 55-65 DEG C, adding an initiator into the reaction kettle, stirring, starting to respectively dropwise add the drop-by-drop adding liquids X and Y for 1.5-2.5 h, continuing to carry out a heat preservation reaction after the drop-by-drop adding is completed, and then cooling in an ice-water bath to terminate the reaction so as to obtain theproduct, namely the viscosity-reducing early-strength concrete water reducing agent. The early strength and viscosity reduction effects are achieved at the same time, the good water reduction effect is achieved, so the mold turnover period is shortened, and the steam-curing-free and pressure-steaming-free single-double-free process is achieved.
一种降粘早强型混凝土减水剂及其制备方法,本发明提供了降粘早强型混凝土减水剂的结构式。制备方法:将反应单体A、链转移剂和去离子水放入反应釜中,加热搅拌均匀;将反应单体B溶于去离子水得到滴加液X;将反应单体C溶于去离子水得到滴加液Y;将反应釜温度升温至55~65℃,向反应釜中加入引发剂,搅拌后,开始滴加滴加液X、Y,滴加完成时间皆为1.5‑2.5h,滴加完后继续保温反应,随后冰水浴冷却终止反应,所得产物即为降粘早强型混凝土减水剂。本发明同时兼具早强与降粘效果,并具有良好的减水效果,从而缩短了模具周转周期,实现了免蒸养及免压蒸单双免工艺。
