The building tamping device comprises a frame body, a return spring, a first air cylinder and a second air cylinder, wherein second shock-absorbing springs are installed at the two ends of the top of the inner side of the frame body; the first air cylinder and the second air cylinder are respectively installed at the bottoms of the second shock-absorbing springs; third shock-absorbing springs are installed at the bottoms of the first air cylinder and the second air cylinder; connecting rods are installed at the bottoms of the third shock-absorbing springs; a tamping panel is installed on the connecting rods; limiting blocks are installed at the bottoms of the connecting rods; a box body is installed at the top of the frame body; an air pump is installed in the interior of the box body; and a first connecting pipe and a second connecting pipe are respectively installed at the two ends of the air pump. According to the building tamping device, through the structure that universal wheels are installed at the two ends of the bottom of the frame body and first shock-absorbing springs are installed at the tops of the universal wheels, the advantages that shock and collision can be reduced in the transportation process and loss of the device is reduced in the use process are realized.
