The invention discloses a pile driver and a steel wire rope anti-rotating device thereof. The steel wire rope anti-rotating device comprises a wedge-shaped joint, a connecting lug plate, two side plates, a cross beam, a sling lug plate and two slings. The top of the wedge-shaped joint is used for being connected with a steel wire rope. The connecting lug plate is rotationally connected to the bottom of the wedge-shaped joint. The two side plates are connected to the two ends of the connecting lug plate correspondingly, and the rotating axis of the connecting lug plate is located between the two side plates. The cross beam is rotationally connected with the two side plates. The sling lug plate is arranged at the bottom of the cross beam, and the sling lug plate can rotate around the vertical axis. The top ends of the two slings are connected with the two ends of the sling lug plate correspondingly, and the bottom ends of the two slings are used for being connected with heavy punches. According to the steel wire rope anti-rotating device, the internal stress of the steel wire rope can be eliminated, the steel wire rope is prevented from rotating and twisting, the stability of the heavy punches is effectively enhanced, and the work efficiency of the pile driver is improved.
