The water control mechanism comprises a water control tank and a mounting tank which are arranged in the reinforcing pile, the side walls, close to each other, of the water control tank and the mounting tank are communicated with openings, heat dissipation fins are arranged at the top in the water control tank, a placement box is arranged in the water control tank, and low-boiling-point evaporated liquor is contained in the placement box. According to the device, it is guaranteed that plants cannot die due to high-temperature drying, meanwhile, the time of workers is saved, great convenience is brought to the workers, the device can prevent the plants from being damaged due to the fact that the plants are hit by rainstorm and prevent the plants from being blown off by strong wind, and therefore healthy growth of the plants is guaranteed.
