The invention discloses polyurethane modified asphalt concrete, which is characterized by being prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 100 to 150 parts of aggregate, 20 to 40 parts of epoxy modified asphalt, 5 to 8 parts of polyurethane prepolymer, 1 to 2 parts of wood diversified alcohol, 3 to 5 parts of temperature adaptation agent, 2 to 4 parts of hardening agent, 2 to 3 parts of anti-stripping agent, 1 to 3 parts of antioxidant and 1 to 3 parts of modified rubber powder, the aggregate comprises fine aggregate, coarse aggregate, silicon powder and fly ash in a mass ratio of 1: (2-4): (0.2-0.6): (0.1-0.2). The polyurethane prepolymer is modified by the wood diversified alcohol, so that the dispersity of polyurethane in an asphalt concrete system is improved, the stability of the system is improved, and the high-temperature performance of the polyurethane modified asphalt concrete is improved. The asphalt concrete has the effects of improving the high-temperature and low-temperature performance, ultraviolet resistance, oxidation resistance and antibacterial performance of the asphalt concrete.
