The invention discloses a concrete early-strength water reducing agent and a processing method, and the concrete early-strength water reducing agent is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 32-34 parts of a polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent, 5-7 parts of nano diatomite, 2-4 parts of triethanolamine, 1-3 parts of diethanol amine, 2-4 parts of aluminum fluosilicate, 5-7 parts of aluminum oxide, 3-5 parts of ferric sulfate, 2-4 parts of lauryl sodium sulfate and 180-260 parts of water. An early-strength water reducing agent raw material at the bottom of the box body is conveyed to a second spiral blade through rotation of a rotating disc, then the early-strength water reducing agent raw material is conveyed into a first conveying pipe through the second spiral blade, and then the early-strength water reducing agent raw material is conveyed into a flow guide pipe through the first spiral blade; the flow guide pipe conveys the early strength water reducing agent raw materials to the top of the box body again, the stirring rod is used for stirring the early strength water reducing agent raw materials under the blocking of the speed reducing plate, and the mixing and stirring efficiency of the early strength water reducing agent raw materials is improved.
