Asphalt road paving base block, asphalt road structure and construction method thereof
The present invention provides an asphalt road paving base block. The left side face and the right side face of the base block are tangent planes inclining towards the middle of the base block, and grooves are formed in the lower portions of the tangent planes. The front and rear side surfaces of the base block are tangent planes inclined towards the outer side of the base block; the invention further provides an asphalt road structure. The structure comprises a base layer, a water stable layer and an asphalt surface layer, the water stable layer is composed of geogrids and prefabricated concrete base blocks, the base blocks are laid on the surfaces of the geogrids in an X-axis, Y-axis and X-axis staggered mode, expansion joints are arranged between the base blocks, triangular grooves areformed in the edges of the bottoms of the base blocks, and the triangular grooves form net-shaped expansion joints which are filled with concrete grouting materials; the invention further provides a construction method of the asphalt road structure. After the base layer is completed, the fixed soil grids are laid on the base layer, the base blocks are laid on a road in the X-axis direction, the Y-axis direction and the X-axis direction in a staggered mode, a 3mm expansion joint is reserved between every two adjacent base blocks, the netty expansion joints between the base blocks are filled with concrete grouting materials, and finally a surface layer is constructed.
