The invention discloses a dynamic compactor and a hydraulic rotating head locking structure thereof. The hydraulic rotating head locking structure comprises a rotating shaft, a locking plate, a hydraulic rotating joint and a fastener, wherein the rotating shaft is provided with a center positioning hole and a radial positioning hole; the locking plate is located on the shaft end surface of the rotating shaft and is provided with a positioning hole and a fastening hole; the hydraulic rotating joint comprises a middle body which is axially provided with a first column segment and a second columnsegment, the diameter of the first column segment is smaller than that of the second column segment, the first column segment penetrating the positioning hole is locked to the center positioning hole, and the second column segment is matched with the positioning hole; and the fastener is used for locking the coaxial fastening hole to the radial positioning hole, so that the rotating shaft, the locking plate and the middle body are fixedly connected. The hydraulic rotating head locking structure can make sure that the hydraulic rotating joint will not loosen and fall off when the rotating shaft is started and stopped emergently, vibrates at a high frequency and switches between forward and backward rotation frequently.
