Modified oil well cement-based composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of forming and processing of polymer cement-based composite materials, and particularly relates to a modified oil well cement-based composite material anda preparation method thereof. The preparation method includes steps of: uniformly stirring modified epoxy resin and oil well cement according to a certain mass percent; performing injection molding with curing, and demolding the cured product after 24 h; maintaining the molded product for 28 days in a constant temperature and humidity maintaining chamber at 20 +/- 2 DEG C with the humidity of 60+/- 5%, thus producing the ultrahigh-toughness and environment-friendly modified oil well cement-based composite material. According to the preparation method disclosed by the invention, the preparation cost of the epoxy resin oil well cement-based composite material can be reduced, so that the comprehensive performance of the oil well cement-based composite material is improved, and compared withan unmodified oil well cement-based composite material, the breaking strength and the compressive strength of the modified oil well cement-based composite material are remarkably improved.
本发明属于聚合物水泥基复合材料成型加工技术领域,具体涉及改性油井水泥基复合材料的及其制备方法。采用将获得的改性环氧树脂与油井水泥按一定质量百分数进行均匀搅拌,注入模具固化成型,24h脱模后,放入温度为20±2℃,湿度为60±5%恒温恒湿养护室养护28d,制得超高韧性且环境友好的改性油井水泥基复合材料,本发明制备方法能降低环氧树脂油井水泥基复合材料的制备成本,改善油井水泥基复合材料的综合性能,与未改性的油井水泥基复合材料相比,其抗折强度及抗压强度均有显著提高。
