According to the present invention, the starch is used as the modifier, such that the mechanical property can be effectively increased, the starch and the subsequently-added composite material are flocculated so as to wrap the particles, the combination degree with the concrete is further improved, and the pectin is used to carry out the amidation treatment, such that the dispersibility is improved, the combination property with the cement is increased, and the mixed monomer is polymerized to form the styrene-acrylic emulsion substance, and meanwhile, the water resistance is improved by hydrolysis and polymerization of organic silicon, and the performance of the cement-based composite material is enhanced.
本发明属于水泥材料技术领域,具体涉及一种改性水泥基复合材料的制备方法。本发明以硅酸钠、硅酸钾形成的混合硅酸盐进行反应,形成聚硅酸类物质,再与混合料中的金属元素进行结合,形成了聚合硅酸金属类的絮凝物质,通过此絮凝类物质,一是增加了与混凝土之间的结合能力,二是在絮凝物质干燥后,可以有效增加其力学性能,并且与后面加入的复合料进行絮凝,对颗粒进行包裹,进一步提高了与混凝土的结合度,利用果胶进行酰胺化处理,一是提高分散性,二是增加与水泥之间的结合性能,混合单体进行聚合形成苯丙乳液类物质,增加粘合性能,挺高与水泥间的结合,同时利用有机硅水解,聚合提高耐水性,增强了水泥基复合材料的性能。
