The invention discloses quick-hardening ultra-high performance concrete and a preparation method thereof. The quick-hardening ultra-high performance concrete is prepared from cement, a quick-hardeningagent, a retarder, a mineral admixture, sand, an additive, steel fibers and water. 1 cubic meter of the quick-hardening ultra-high performance concrete comprises the following components: 300-600 kgof cement, 10-200 kg of the rapid hardening agent, 0-10 kg of the retarder, 0-200 kg of the mineral admixture, 500 to 1500 kg of sand, 0-20 kg of an additive and 0-200 kg of steel fibers, wherein thewater-binder ratio is 0.14 to 0.28. The quick-hardening ultra-high performance concrete overcomes the defects that in the prior art, the setting time of a quick-hardening material is not easy to control, quality fluctuation is severe, cracks are obvious, the service life is short, and durability is poor. The concrete is stable and controllable in setting time, small in shrinkage, not prone to generating cracks and good in durability, rapid high-performance maintenance and reinforcement of municipal engineering can be achieved, and the preparation method is high in quality stability, efficientin field construction, easy to operate and suitable for large-scale application and popularization.
