The invention relates to quick-hardening super-tough high-performance filling concrete, which is prepared from the following components in kg/m < 3 >: 490 to 510 parts of quick-hardening sulphoaluminate cement, 160 to 170 parts of Portland cement (52.5 R), 160 to 170 parts of composite admixture, 1010 to 1030 parts of quartz sand, 195 to 205 parts of silica fume, 42.56 to 53.20 parts of polycarboxylate superplasticizer, 220 to 230 parts of water, 8 to 10 parts of retarder and 1.0 to 2.0 percent of steel fiber by volume. The compressive strength of the quick-hardening super-tough high-performance filling concrete is larger than 40 MPa after 4 h, the traffic allowable strength requirement is met, and the traffic closing time can be greatly shortened or traffic is not closed. In addition, the toughness indexes I5, I10 and I20 of the concrete all meet the bending toughness index requirements (I5 is greater than or equal to 5, I10 is greater than or equal to 11, and I20 is greater than or equal to 22).
