The invention provides a hydraulic bolt lifting system and belongs to the technical field of lifting platforms. In the hydraulic bolt lifting system, two sliding plates of each anti-rotation assemblyare arranged on a movable ring beam, guide frames in the two sliding plates can play a guiding role, and two ends of the guide frames are connected with an ocean platform and a fixed pile frame. Eachguide frame comprises two side plates arranged in parallel and an middle plate connecting the two side plates. Two first wedge-shaped blocks in the anti-rotation assembles are arranged on one plate surfaces of the middle plates in parallel and in an opposite mode, a second wedge-shaped block is clamped between each first wedge-shaped block and one side plate, the first wedge-shaped blocks and thesecond wedge-shaped blocks can support the two side plates and share the shearing force of the guide frames and the axial force of pile legs, the possibility of relative position deviation of the guide frames and the movable ring beam caused by deformation of the guide frames is reduced, the position deviation of the movable ring beam and the position of a first bolt assembly on the movable ring beam is avoided, and the lifting efficiency of the hydraulic bolt lifting system is guaranteed.
