Automatic lubricating oil distribution device of hydraulic bolt lifting system
The invention relates to the technical field of lifting systems, and discloses an automatic lubricating oil distribution device of a hydraulic bolt lifting system. The automatic lubricating oil distribution device comprises an oil tank, an oil supply pump, an electric lubricating pump, a primary distributor and two secondary distributors, wherein the oil tank is connected with the oil inlet end ofthe oil supply pump, the oil outlet end of the oil supply pump is connected with the oil inlet end of the electric lubricating pump, the oil outlet end of the electric lubricating pump is connected with the oil inlet end of the primary distributor, a pressure reducing valve and a pressure gauge are arranged on a pipeline between the electric lubricating pump and the primary distributor, the primary distributor has two oil outlet ends, the oil inlet ends of the two secondary distributors are connected with the two oil outlet ends of the primary distributor in a one-to-one correspondence mode,the four oil outlet ends of one secondary distributor are connected with four bolt mechanisms of an upper ring beam in a one-to-one correspondence mode, the four oil outlet ends of the other secondarydistributor are connected with four bolt mechanisms of a lower ring beam in a one-to-one correspondence mode, and the primary distributor and the secondary distributor are each provided with a travelswitch. By means of the automatic lubricating oil distribution device, lubricating oil can be automatically, regularly and quantitatively supplied to each bolt mechanism.
