The invention discloses an anti-rotation device of a hydraulic bolt ring beam type lifting system and an installation method. The device comprises an upper stop baffle, a guide frame, a lower stop baffle, a first support frame and a second support frame; one end of the guide frame is connected with the upper stop baffle, the other end of the guide frame is provided with the lower stop baffle, andthe first support frame and the second support frame are uniformly arranged on the guide frame; and a horizontal wedge block and a supporting wedge block are arranged between the guide frame and the upper stop baffle, and a transverse stop and a horizontal stop are arranged between the guide frame and the lower stop baffle. The support frames and the guide frame are preassembled into a pile fixingchamber, so that technological holes are reduced; in addition, the guide frame can be adjusted left and right to the use requirement in the installation area of the upper stop baffle and the lower stop baffle, and meanwhile, the gap between the guide frame of the anti-rotation device and a ring beam guide nylon block can be adjusted to the use requirement.
