Method for removing floating slurry at pile head of cast-in-place pile
The invention relates to a method for removing floating slurry at a pile head of a cast-in-place pile, and belongs to the technical field of cast-in-place pile construction. The method comprises the steps that firstly a pile hole is drilled, then a pile steel bar is placed into the pile hole, concrete is poured to the file hole to form a pile body, and meanwhile, mud and floating slurry of concrete are formed at the upper part of the pile hole; then a floating frame assembly fixedly provided with a slurry discharge pipe and a high-pressure gas supply pipe is placed into the pile hole, specifically, the lower ends of the slurry discharge pipe and the high-pressure gas supply pipe are immersed in the floating slurry; the floating frame assembly is suspended on the floating slurry through a plurality of floating balls at the lower end of a positioning underframe of the slurry discharge pipe until the floating frame assembly is in contact with the pile steel bar for induction limiting, andmeanwhile, the floating frame assembly is guided to move by a stable guide wheel assembly; and finally an air compressor, connected with the high-pressure gas supply pipe, on an equipment platform frame is started, and the fluid mud and the floating slurry are discharged to the ground via the slurry discharge pipe by high-pressure gas through the high-pressure gas supply pipe. The method has theadvantages of simple structure, time and labor saving, good construction stability and short period. It is ensured that only the slurry is blown out without taking out useful concrete aggregate.
本发明涉及一种灌注桩清除桩头浮浆的方法,所属灌注桩施工技术领域,包括先打出桩孔,接着将桩钢筋放入桩孔内,接着灌入混凝土使得形成桩身,同时桩孔上部形成泥浆和砼的浮浆。接着将固定有排浆管和高压送气管的浮架组件放置到桩孔内使得排浆管和高压送气管下端浸入浮浆内。浮架组件通过排浆管定位底架下端的若干浮球悬浮在浮浆上,直至与桩钢筋触接感应限位,同时浮架组件的位移采用排稳定导向轮组件进行导向位移。最后打开设备平台架上与高压送气管连接的空压机,通过高压送气管将高压气体把流质的泥浆和浮浆从排浆管排出至地面上。具有结构简单、省时省力、施工稳定性好和周期短的优点。保证吹出来的只是浆液,而不会把有用的砼骨料带出来。
